How long does shipping take?

Our shipping policy is 3-5 businesss days for USPS first class. Orders placed before 6am (MST) will most likely ship the same day. We are closed weekends, so any orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day. We are also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, and July24th. If you have questions about where it is in the process we are always happy to help and get you the info. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
How do I contact you guys?

It's easy! Just use the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page, or emails us at voodoomenscraft@yahoo.com. We'll respond as soon as we can to resolve any issues or questions you may have. Hit us up on Instagram or Facebook, or you can also use the chat button for a quick reply!
Do you have tracking info on orders?

Always! We'll supply you with your tracking info on the day of shipping. We use USPS to ship our products.
I don't see my favorite product. Where is it?

We have a main lineup of scents and products that will always be there. We also have a seasonal lineup that comes and goes throughout the year, including new, limited products that you can grab while they last! If your favorite winter blend isn't available in the summer, well... (If you really want a seasonal blend that isn't currently listed, feel free to contact us and we can always accomodate!)
